The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong business and entrepreneurial sense and proactiveness and possess exceptional communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills.Duties:Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to clients on banking and finance matters.Assist in negotiating, structuring, and drafting finance-related agreements and documents.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on banking and finance laws, regulations, and industry trends.Advise clients on regulatory compliance, risk management, and transactional matters.Participate in due diligence processes and review documentation for financing transactions.Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop and implement effective legal strategies.Handle client communications, meetings, and negotiations with professionalism and efficiency.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Michigan State Bar or eligibility for admission by motion.3-5 years of experience practicing banking and finance law.Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.Proactive approach with exceptional communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Michigan State Bar or eligibility for admission by motion.Skills:Extensive experience in banking and finance law.Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.Proactive and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
